Because our bouquets and floral arrangements are perishable and often made to order, our return policy for floristry in Great Britain differs from non-perishable goods. Please read the following carefully. This policy applies to orders delivered or collected across the United Kingdom from our studio in Highcliffe, Christchurch, England.
Fresh Flowers and Bouquets
Fresh flowers and hand-tied bouquets cannot be returned once delivered or collected in Great Britain. If you receive a bouquet or floristry order that is damaged, not as described, or not delivered as agreed within the UK, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 24 hours) with details and, where possible, a photo. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, partial refund or credit depending on the circumstances.
Dried and Non-Perishable Items
Dried flower wreaths and other non-perishable floristry items may be eligible for return if unused and in original condition, within 14 days of delivery in Great Britain. You must contact us first to confirm. Return postage within the UK is at your cost unless we have made an error. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after we receive the item.

Cancellations
You may cancel a bouquet or floristry order before it has been prepared or dispatched for delivery in Great Britain. Once flowers have been ordered or work has started (e.g. for wedding or event flowers in the UK), cancellation may be subject to charges. We will confirm any cancellation terms when you place your order. Our studio is in Highcliffe, Christchurch, England, and we serve customers across the United Kingdom.
